We booked this hotel because it was listed at at pet friendly ! Apparently that means pet friendly to dogs ! We were charged $25 per cat (we have two cats) per night ! THAT IS NOT CAT FRIENDLY

Our room was at the back of the building, that was smokers central. Smelt of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Was filthy outside. Building looked like it hadn't been clean outside in years. Went down for breakfast at 9 to find everything closed up. We didn’t know it was finished at 9. The staff was nice enough to offer the left over coffee and get us a couple apples. She was very nice. We opted to go to Wendys next door. $20 extra we didn’t plan on spending. No elevator... I felt sorry for housekeeping staff watching them run up and down for supplies ect. We were also on the 3rd floor. Wasn't pleasant carting our stuff up and down either. We will pass staying here again.

Property is near some decent dining options that can be reached by foot (Tim Horton's, Wendy's, Made in Mexico, Noble Cuisine and a Beertown). Staff is friendly and breakfasts are good.

I stayed for one night for work, and it was the worst night. The air didn’t work, there were flies in my room and the bathroom was not cleaned mud on the shower walls. It was awful and disgusting. Never going back!

There is no elevator in the building but access is no more than 1flight up. The billing folks made an error in charges but repaired it right away and apologized. Hey people make mistakes but it is still better than dealing with AI.

The staff was very nice, polite and efficient. The facility it older and in need of upgrading which is not the fault of the staff. The breakfast area is in need of remodeling. The seating areas are in need of repair and upgrading. I DO NOT BLAME THE STAFF! They were all very nice and professional. Bottom line, it’s an older facility in need of remodeling.

Good stay for a cheap price
We stayed for one night passing through with the kids. The hotel did not have an elevator which made it hard for me as we were on the top floor and I had a sprained ankle. Check-in was a little slow as there was a large group in front of us but it was pleasant. Hotel seemed clean but you could see it was dated. Overall it was good for a one night stay.

The first room we got smelled like cigarettes, luckily we got changed to another room, which smelled like orange cleaning chemical, but an improvement. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There is nothing in the area of any interest, but it is a 10 min bike from Centennial Park and the downtown area.
