I did not like that I was to pay a damage deposit on our room. It was first time on five years that we had stayed at a hotel. I was told that this is normal practice for the hotel. I am not sure whether I would stay at this chain of hotels again.

What stood out to me is HOW nice the staff were. I stayed two nights because it was in walking distance to the pick up for Boots and Hearts and the staff were incredibly lovely. Also, I have to mention that they had a large mini fridge and microwave in the room (I hardly find a fridge in hotels these days, let alone a big one and a microwave!). The included morning breakfast was good and was refreshed frequently by the staff. The hotel itself had a bit of a smell, but what are you going to do. The staff though were absolutely lovely, big shout out to them! I'd stay here again.

Property is right off the highway, convenient location. Didn't notice the road noise in the room at all. Carpet in the room was unexpected in a pet friendly room. Air conditioning was weak, older unit. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, and loads of pillows on a king sized bed. Would stay again.
