I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We stayed for just one night over the long weekend, paying a ridiculous $300. The beds were uncomfortably short and small. The receptionist seemed completely indifferent and unfriendly, offering no help. The dining room lacked sufficient seating; we came down for breakfast at 9 AM and had to wait 20 minutes for a table to clear. The place was dirty, and they were very slow with refills. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

No elevator
Unfortunately, I had not indicated that I have mobility issues and since there is no elevator in the hotel, it was a bit of a struggle getting to and from my second floor room. However, aerial the receptionist was a great help and bringing my bag down the stairs for me when it was time for me to leave.

Nothing unique the room was fine, but no safe in the room. The stairs was annoying, but still nice to bee on second floor. Would have been nice to have a hotel in Barrie with dinner in the hotel and a little bigger breakfast, with more room! for guest to sit.
