Rooms are clean and has all the right touches. Lots of lighting, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a hoook on the back pf the door! Many hotesl domt have this for some reason.

Compared to every other IHG hotel we've stayed at, (and 3-4 in the past few months alone), likely the poorest quality in terms quality for cost...cleanliness could be improved, was no breakfast available, and the noise from gatherings, conferences and hockey teams was very invassive.

There was a group in the next room partied until 4 30am. I called the desk at 3 am. He talked to the room but they started up again I talked to the front desk in the morning. He told me security left at 2 am. They might have been able to deal with the room better Let me know what you can do to deal with those problems William Brandon

Very clean! Nice hotel. The included breakfast was great but just a wierd process. You need to bring a coupon with you (which is given at check in) so you can acces the breakfast area. You're Also only allowed to return 1-2 to get food. Just a weird system at this hotel.
