Cant say much about the hotel itself. Definitely needs some real upgrades, the rooms looked like half-assed renos. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Was expecting a "suite', and we got a room with a kitchenette 1 foot away from the bed. We couks have literally made pipcorn in bed for our movie. The bathroom sink was smaller than a gas station sink. The stand up shower didnt have a shower curtain long enough to keep the water inside the stall and it wasnt wide enough to even keep closed. Overall very disappointed with the room not to mention we had kids knocking on our door and running away when we had a DND sign up. A We had a room joined to ours by a door which was never communicated to us when acquiring the room I had high expectations for this place but was sadly disappointed. Wont stay here again, but i would definitely book at the spa.

Didn't find staff to be overly helpful- most were on their phones when not assisting customers ( noticed this at reception, housekeeping in the hallway, lifeguard!!!), room was good, liked the balcony. Very quiet resort. Hot tub was nice.

Room had a great view of lake! I believe we ended up in an accessible room which normally not a big deal but lack of bathroom storage space was a bit odd. The shower also had no threshold and water did leech out into the bathroom. Rest of room was very nice!

We stayed in the new wing and its floors don’t match the main building. Had to elevator to 3rd floor and then walk another hallway to get to stairs to get to 4th floor. No direct elevator to the 4th floor in the new wing. Room was beautiful.

Second time staying at this resort as we were impressed with the Spa and rooms. However this visit the AC was louder than having a running diesel transport truck next to our bed so neither of us got much sleep and were also still hot. This was on a night that was around 7 degrees and couldn't get much air from the limited amount of opening they let the window to open. The couch we found to be harder than a slab of concrete that also makes you sit at a 90 degree angle. Zero comfort.
