New and clean. Breakfast was a little light on selection but tasty. Very new motel but area around it is still being developed. Overall quite nice. It was full, so others believed it to be a good facility too.

The room was immaculately clean. The condition of furnishings was excellent. The hotel was over and above the chain hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We definitely intend to return.

Property was ok. A lot of mosquitoes, under the sled shed. We wanted to enjoy cigars and a drink but got eaten alive. Wish they had a proper smoking area. The hot breakfast was served at 7 and we had to leave at 6:45 so we couldn't try the food. They had bread, yogurt and cereal at the time we could eat.
