The Television was not working and there was an issue with the internet. Would of expected some kind of rebate due to the lack of these services. In addition all night, late into the night and in the morning who ever was upstairs sounded like a horse constantly.

No television service, and no help with a solution
Although the room and location were good, we were disappointed that the television services in the room did not work. Our concern was brought to the front desk, and we were told there was nothing that could be done, it was a cable provider issue, however when confirming with the cable company online there were no issues reported for our location. On further discussion with the front desk, the employee stated there was nothing they could do as ‘[she] just works the front desk’; we felt her customer service was lacking and she was rather on the rude side.

The room was great. I’ve stayed here many times. The only drawback was the cable was out for the four days I was there. Very inconvenient when I was travelling by myself and had no tv in the evening. I felt the hotel should have offered some sort of discount for this problem. I would appreciate hearing back if there is any sort of credit to be given.

I left the hotel at 3 am because a bed bug was biting me! I was able to capture it and showed it to the night clerk. I was so angry! I ended up driving 5 hours home because I did not want them to give me another room which might have bugs, too!!

I stay at this hotel twice a year for business. This recent stay was not like anyother time I've stayed here. I usually book the suite room but none was available. Room 101 was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable and old. there was plugs and drywall dust everywhere. Very dissapointed this time around.

We stay there very often almost every month or 2 . I find the last 2 times the elevator and floors seemed to be less clean . The carpets are dirty and need replacing our toilet was broke last time and they were very good at fixing it promptly . The staff are kind and it is in perfect location
