Nothing was unique, except they have not removed all the little things that guests liked. Many hotels have removed cleaning the room everyday, little soaps and body cleansers and lotions. All the little extras that make you feel special and welcome. We had a poor experience with one of the staff otherwise it was fine. The rest of the staff were accomodating and friendly. It was the business attire that surprised me. Yoga pants with running shoes is not a work outfit unless you are teaching yoga for a career.

On Sept 5 we had to call the service desk on the evening. They did not seem friendly, very bland replies There should be a brochure inside, like at other hotels that have a directory for services, taxi, restaurants near by etc. The pool hours, breakfast type and hours it's served. Other staff was terrific and breakfast was lovely. The coffee was not good, very weak and watery was comment made by others too. Small things, but overall lovely and will return. Hopefully to see a few of the above changes too Thanks again

The outside of the building was updated but the inside was definitely outdated, probably why it was cheaper, but the beds were not very comfortable, the evening staff was great and accommodating upon check in, the morning staff didnt seem to care. The girl serving breakfast tho was very nice and actually showed a smile.

The room was spacious very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had to cut our trip short and leave a few days early. I received a refund right away. The downfall is the snacks were all on credit not cash. No snack or drink machine. Pool very small
