Very friendly staff and modern, clean facilities. The one thing I don’t agree with is dogs being allowed in the hotel - creates an unpleasant environment. A gym would be a massive plus. Overall, however, great experience and fantastic staff.

We stayed as a family for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, making it easy for everyone to find something they liked. The location was convenient for getting around Barrow and exploring the area. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

Evening staff were very helpful! The kitchen had run out of quite a few options unfortunately. Different experiences across the chains. Not as clued up on allergens, no ingredient information available at breakfast. Bad water pressure but very clean apart from a few towels that we just didn't use.
