I had a Murphy bed .The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. You have to ask for new towels every day. They don’t make the room up for you. Hot tub was nice

If all you are looking for is a place to sleep and you don't mind a mediocre murphy bed, then its clean and fine. The hotel is an older timeshare that fixed up the common areas but the room was awkwardly furnished and run down. Noise from other rooms was prevalent. If you're a skier it is super convenient to the slopes.

The facility really is grand. The front desk staff were wonderful. On the other hand we arrived late in the afternoon, but had to wait for our room, along with a few other guests. We weren’t happy, either, that there was no place to have breakfast, except for a grab and go that we had to pay for to take back to our room.

I recently stayed with my wife and overall, we were disappointed. The toilet seat in our room was broken, we asked the front desk if they could fix it, they said yes and we never heard anything. It was never fixed. The bed in our room was very, very uncomfortable. The shower drain was plugged and hardly drained so you had to stand in cold water while you showered. The sauna was filthy, trash all over the floor and dust everywhere. The dust was so bad, when it got hot, we had to get out because we were sneezing so much. The restaurant was also a huge let down. The lady working there on Sunday was the only one working. She was doing the hostess job, waitressing, bar tending, delivering food and cleaning tables. The bar was full and 2/3 of the tables were full. She did great but after waiting 40 minutes to have our order taken( again not her fault) , we left and went somewhere else at almost 9 at night. I cancelled a prior reservation to come to The Grand Summit and opted to eat the $432 charge from the other hotel to cancel. It was 100% not worth it and I should have kept my original reservation in Lincoln.

No view other than a bank of grass. The staff were friendly, but the place needs some tlc/up-dating. Room was clean, but because of the fixtures needing up-dating it gave the feeling of not being clean. Location was good for what we had planned. Definite staffing issues - check in was very delayed and the restaurant was short staffed which made the menu limited and the wait long. We couldn't get into our room until almost 6:30 and there were numerous other families/couples waiting in the lobby as well. I'm glad we didn't have groceries with us expecting to be able to put them in the refrigerator right away. There were several missing slats of blinds on our door, which was blatantly obvious as soon as we walked in. The paint on the outside banister was all peeling off and the furniture in the room was all scratched up or marred. I was glad we had the suite with the separate seating/tv area, but the sofa was so uncomfortable. The staff was nice, especially the gentleman working the bar/restaurant. The housekeeping staff was nice, but they seemed over-worked and under-staffed.

Loved it. The heated outdoor pool and spas were fabulous. Room great, spacious with comfy beds. Towels fluffy including ones for the pool. Balcony overlooking trees. Communal areas well looked after and clean too. Receptionist was really helpful and welcoming.

On our initial check in the staff was friendly. The late night registration staff was rude and acted like we were putting her out when asking where the ice machine was. Our phone in our room didn’t have any keypads/buttons to let us know how to reach the front desk. Definitely not worth the price

I arrived late and all the close parking spots are taken. There’s only one entrance to the hotel (which I like for safety reasons) and I had to park far away and down a small hill. Hauling my luggage up the hill was a lot at the end of a long day and then my room was at the very end of the hotel. Moral of the story is to arrive earlier in the day.
