We were delighted at how friendly the staff were. The ladies at the front desk became friends by the time we left. They were also very helpful with recommendations and helpful tips. The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious and the rooms well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was at a really high quality (in terms of facilities and cleanliness). Customer service provided was outstanding. The hotel is located at a good location... a few minutes away from the city center with the tram.

Comfortable bed, cool air-conditioning, good wifi, simple but good breakfasts, helpful staff. The one problem was the automatic late check-in. I found the instructions difficult to follow, but a manager answered the phone quickly and let me in. However, that didn't detract from an excellent stay. The hotel was everything I wanted it to be, and more.

It was a very good experience for us. Though we only stayed there for one night, the two girls at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time. Instead of asking us to pay for early check-in, they asked us to wait a bit while they clean up a better room for us. They also help checking the train service for us and were helpful on other things.

Great value hotel and very conveniently located. Especially good shower and pleasant breakfast. Only complaint was not being able to charge my phone by the bedside once the bedisde light was off.

In the room doesn't have air conditioning, should mension surely in the site. The staff work at breakfast area all of them are so rude , especially the girl with the glasses. I been watching around 1 hours. They serve well for local people but not from outsider. Are different service. I was so upsad and will not come again. The staff will ask local people do they want coffee examples but for me I need to take by myself. Bad service ever 👎 only in breakfasts area. The reception staff was nice 👍.

Unusual courtyard style - it was great to sit in the courtyard after a busy day at the conference centre. Room very clean and modern style. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

Got a studio for 3 persons. Location is great, right across the exhibition center and #2 tram. Very clean rooms. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Good breakfast. As any hotel within city of Basel, a free Basel Card was provided per person for free travel on any city transportation including bus #50 to airport.
