Liked the modern update inside of an older property. Great dining area. The fancy angular receptacles don’t accommodate barrel or flat plug multi-country adapters. Fortunately there were USB receptacles.

Its smack down town Basel it has everything you would ever need walking distance, also close to all tran lines to move further if needed. Has restaurants shops all walking distance just 1 block from river and very close to cathedral area as well.

This hotel is in a great central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean but the steps from sleeping area to bathroom were challenging. That’s my only “complaint”. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and so generous that we could go all day until dinner .

Overall a great stay.

Very nice and comfortable hotel right in the heart of old Basel. The staff was awsome, super friendly, fluent in english. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Our junior suite was great. The bed, pillows and comforter were super confi. Overall a great stay worthy of a return trip in the future.
