Staff at the hotel were really amazing, upgraded my room for free. The pool facilities were really nice, the gym needs a little uplifting a bit dated. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of parking available.

The facilities were good, staff friendly and welcoming. Didnt use the Spa or pool but looked through the window and it appeared very nice. Cooked breakfast was good, fresh fruit was a bit limited but there was plenty of cereal, pastries and bread.

Location was good, hotel is very old, tacky, staff at front desk are good but can’t do much and when you ask to speak to the manager, he doesn’t come out on purpose and didn’t even show up the next day. Rooms are very old, no iron and blow dryer in the room. Terrible stay, no AC, the guy at the swimming pool entrance was unhelpful. Not a 4 star hotel, there are 2 star hotels better than this.

Room was barely clean whilst half lights not working. Rails to stairs hadn’t been cleaned in ages and covered in grime. At busy times the bar staff were useless more intent on chatting than helping out else where. Food was ok but the breakfast was about the worst I’d had anywhere. On one good note the chap on night duty was really helpful.
