Check in was very, very slow! After 2 plus hours expecting room to cool down fro 80+ degrees, called. Someone arrived and confirmed issue. Immediately assigned upgraded room - already cool, top floor, better view, more space! Only complaint chech-in Do not belief it was receptionist but the process

Had an amazing time at Koi! The food was great, the staff was amazing and the views were breathtaking. I look forward to my next visit to St. Kitts & Nevis and stay at the Koi. I especially would love to thank Kandy and Keanu for their hardwork, great hospitality, and warm smiles.

For a Hilton property, this was disappointing, a let down. My room was good, but needed some maintenance. The hotel is just not up to Hilton standards or expectations. The staff is only OK. The lobby store has mostly empty shelves. The beach access is roped off with a "danger, do not cross" sign. The hotel is difficult to find and no signs are visible in the daylight. This is not a resort, just an average hotel with average management and some employees that just don't care.

Quiet resort on St Kitts

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, quiet and bed was very comfortable.

The property was beautiful, very Zen, clean and lots of green space. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, Kenesha the manager was wonderful. Food at the restaurant was good and the views of the water were very nice. Unfortunately during the week there are very few people and therefore no vibe at all. The music was not amazing, drake on repeat very loud the first night and Adele albums the next. It feels a bit secluded and far from things despite only being a 20 min drive from the strip, that may have contributed to the lack of vibe. Beds were a bit hard, but that's a personal thing. Door locks often didn't work keeping us out of our room, but salt air I guess will do that

Rooms are spacious and very clean! Continental Breakfast package was good but the items did not vary in 6 days. By the second day of our stay we noticed to that some items from the continental breakfast buffet, such as, bacon, sweet bread, sausages, just to name a few, were being rationed and/or removed. When other guests came to eat the staff did not always inform the guests of options to order missing items on the “continental buffet” breakfast. The pool needed cleaning. Lots of mosquitoos in the lobby area. The hotel is on the Atlantic side with rough water. It is not near a swimmable beach. Although the hotel offers a shuttle to other nice beaches, the staff tries to price gouge you or tell you that you must pay for a free shuttle services that was originally included in your package or as advertised by the hotel. As well, after each daily attempt with the reception to schedule a shuttle, you must negotiate a time (usually the shuttle by car leaves at 11:30am and picks you up at 4ish, to bring you back to the hotel. The drivers are very nice and will provide good information and suggestions that can enhance your trip. The food at the restaurant was fantastic with fair portions.
