This hotel has only two levels with no elevator. We were given a second floor room and that has only stair access, as all others were booked. This made my stay a little difficult because I have some mobility issues, but managed due to the circumstances.

No fresh breakfast, they served expired milk, room smelled, carpet looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in multiple decades. They need to Get rid of the carpet to get rid of the rancid smell. I would not recommend the hotel to future guest.

Never Again

Although this property is in a good location for shopping, activities and very good restaurants, the property itself is disgusting. The hotel has tons of very bad band aid repairs, with sloppy and improper work. The carpet in the hallways looks like a nasty runway of smelly stains. The carpet in our rooms was horrendous. It was so filthy that just walking from the bed to the bathroom our socks turned black on the bottom. It was sticky and absolutely a petri dish of bacteria. There were dozens of dead cricket carcasses in the bathroom light fixture. The bathroom had many bad repairs and sticky floors. The door looked like it had been chewed up at the bottom and glued together. The curtains had large holes in them and sure weren't light blocking. The refrigerator was a tiny appliancethat didn't cool well at all. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned and disinfected. The pool wasn't much better. I can't even say this hotel was a good value because it was so nasty and filthy. We wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. The ONLY positive aspect is the staff clerk who checked us in. She is a sweetheart. If I could rate this hotel with zero stars, I would.
