They don’t have a normal lan line telephone in the room so you can’t even connect to front desk accessibly. Will have to connect to them using their Google nest which does not work upon repeated attempts. Simple function as accessing to front desk problem, reckon should not stay here.
Bedsheets, cups, stirrers have stains. Missing of one coffee cup in 1 of our room. Shampoo n body wash did not refill. Toilet bowl smelly. Room has some weird smell. Bathroom no clothes hanger. Compilatory water should provide 4 bottles instead.
Overall non smoking rooms are acceptable. This hotel is accessible to many eatery, supermarts, massage etc
Due to the hot weather, air conditioning system not at its peak or under capacity. Friendly, helpful and courteous staffs. Convenient, next to food court.
Everything was fine except the elevator and breakfast activity. Why one of the elevator was shutdown during peak hours @when there is two section time frame given for breakfast timing? The lacking of manpower during breakfast makes the area congested. Tables were not supply with napkin or tissue papers.
Hotel only provides one room card for 2 person which is very inconvenient as both have to always travel together. Breakfast can be better in more varieties.
