lots of parking, but the parking lot is not well lit if you have luggage or coolers or anything like that to take to your room, it’s a very long walk from the parking lot to the hotel and then to your room once you’re inside the hotel it’s not very convenient, but things were clean. Staff was friendly. they do offer breakfast in the morning, which was just OK just typical of any hotel breakfast. The room was super clean and tidy. The price was right and I got $35 worth of FreePlay put it in a machine in the high roller section spun three times I was up $100 cashed out and left paid for my hotel room.!

I didn't care for the multiple need to show ID. It is not needed at other casinos we frequent. Otherwise, parking was fine. Breakfast was good. The shower was great.

Room was gross and had hair and grime all over you can tell they don’t thoroughly clean these rooms after every stay. The staff gave us a $25 voucher for the “inconvenience”. There was no shampoo or soup in the room and had to go buy some. Would’ve rather gotten a refund and slept in my car. The casino was below average. Staff was nice don’t get me wrong but I’ll never be booking to stay the night or visit that casino again. The pictures on the website don’t match up with what you get. The walls are all beat up and there’s mold in the showers.

Just what I needed

After a long drive it was nice to come to a place that was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed our check-in. She was very funny. Comp play money for the casino is only good for the day you receive it. So don't forget about it!! Comp play money is also given if you eat at the casino restaurants. You wont regret staying here!!!

I love the dining choices within the facility and the proximity of other dining choices nearby, I wish the parking could be more convenient for overnight guests. Or possibly offer staff services to retrieve luggage as the lot is across the street.

Near Darien Lake?? Stay HERE!!!!

I'm mad I didn't stay here sooner!! I volunteer at Kingdom Bound every year but this is the first year I tried the casino- the past few years I've had terrible experiences at other local hotels.... I called a few days before my trip to see if I could extend a day because I was planning to come earlier. They apologized and said the hotel was booked solid. Not a problem- they told me I should be able to check in early on my arrival date!! The people on the phone were nice. The check in process was easy, smooth and the desk people were friendly. DELICIOUS buffet breakfast. Casino workers were friendly. Bed, pillows, comforter- SO COZY. Shower- spacious, great water flow, great water temp. I honestly have zero complaints about this property and it WILL be my new KB lodging go-to!!!!
