This was my first stay at a La Quinta Inn and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and accommodations. We were checked in by a friendly, smiling clerk, who was professional and helpful. We requested a quiet, upper floor room, and were given exactly that. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping on hotel pillows, but these were excellent. Breakfast was the usual light fare, but everything was replenished promptly and all tables were cleaned and ready fir the next guests within minutes of the last guest leaving. Based on this stay, La Quinta has moved to the top of the list of medium priced hotel chains.
