Unfriendly staff, dirty old beds, noisy room: you could hear everything in tha hallway, in the other rooms: people walking, loud TV's on, showers taking place, toilettes getting flushed, conversations, dirty bathroom, smelly room. Absolute nighmare. I could not sleep for two nights. At the desk, the evening I checked in I was treated like dirt as if I was getting a free room.

The remodeling job is fantastic. Especially the light airy beautiful bathroom. We really enjoyed the room with the sitting area and the two TVs.

It is a lovely hotel, easy to park in, staff seemed courteous. We only stayed one night. Rooms were nice and clean. Very nice morning breakfast with good hours. Our only complaint was there was no elevator service and our room was on the second floor and we did not have overnight bags so lugging our suitcase up that flight was a bit time-consuming lol we are senior citizens and it took awhile.

I don’t know what her name was but the lady who made sure breakfast foods stayed filled up this morning was very friendly. Also the desk attendant the night before around midnight. Both smiled and that means a lot. It was a bit noisy coming from the other rooms around us but not much staff can do about that. Elevator was out of order so thankfully we were 2nd floor and not 3rd as we are older.

We chose this location for its high ratings, we were completely disappointed. I rarely take my socks off in a hotel but I did here and instantly regretted it. The floor felt extremely damp and dirty, my feet instantly started burning. The only way to get rid of the burning was to shower. Later in the night someone in a next door room was smoking weed and it was coming through the doors. I normally don't care but having my young kids with me it was unacceptable. I told the front desk they offered no help, tried to get a refund for the issues and the hotels attitude towards the issue and they still refuse to help or correct the issue. Also no outside security cameras. I sure hope Expedia drops this hotel and the ratings drop.

Love the pool which seems to have salt water now❤️. Close to downtown Batavia- highly recommend Main Street Pizza btw. Lots of other dining and shopping options as well. Directly across from the thruway entrance means ez access. The breakfast is fairly typical with cold cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt and some toaster options. We stay here every time we visit family in Batavia.

This is a nice property and very comfortable. Unfortunately, when we checked in we found the elevator out of order and our room was on the third floor. Happy ending - the gentleman who checked us in carried our suitcases to our floor. Another minor problem was ice was only available on the first floor.
