The hotel room was not clean. There was makup on my pillows. The toilet didnt work, at least they changed our room. The 2nd room was much better and i cam tell it was actually cleaned.

Waterpark is only open for limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. Glass doors were shattered. Building inside and outside are disgusting. Instantly checked out and asked for a refund due to the unsafe conditions for my family.

Thumbs Down, Do Not Recommend

The first room we were given reeked of smoke, had no artwork and things peeling off the wall and was generally disgusting. I went back to the desk to request a different room and was told the hotel was sold out, which there is no way is possible given the size, lack of cars in the parking lot AND at my insistence, how another room suddenly became available. The second room did not reek of smoke but had a hole in the back of the bathroom door, random stains on the comforters and holes in the sheet from where they were burned with cigarettes. The bed sunk a LOT when I sat down and the as quite overused. If there was another option and it wasn’t already very late at night, we would have absolutely been leaving. That said, we didn’t have another option and needed a place to sleep, so we made it work. The wifi only worked sporadically, the tub was oddly curved at the bottom, very beat up and the shower head was very low (I’m 5’2” so that’s saying something) making our showers not overly comfortable and the included breakfast was some cereal, random granola bars and coffee…also very disappointing. We did not utilize the “waterpark” as I’m not sure it’s open at all during the week and we were not sticking around to find out, but we did have a view soI included a picture of that as well. I still don’t recommend it for any reason.

Decadent hotel

It's sad to see, but this is a decadent hotel, barely collapsing. All areas are outdated, very old carpet and furniture, cleaning is also very bad, broken elevator, etc. Bathroom disappointing as well. At least the be mattress was fine and the water park very good, despite empty.

Basically everything in the room was broken. Not enough lighting and felt very unsafe. The hallways smell of bleach and smoke. We went back up to the front desk and let them know we would not be staying and left.

Maintenance not around

Room was clean and comfortable except the microwave was on the floor and the bathroom light was not working (room 434). I did not care about the microwave but I called for the light at 6:30 pm and was told someone would come right up. By 9:30 no one had shown up yet so we left.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes, wash cloth over the smoke alarm and vent falling off wall . We switched rooms the second room smelled musty and the toilet didn’t stop running I paid 200 for a room I was not okay sleeping in the blankets were dirty I had to use my own bedding and pillows

The back entrance had a broken glass door and the room had a broken closet glass door. It’s dangerous. Someone can get injured. The floor I was on had a section that was dark. Looked creepy. The water from the bathroom sink had a distinct smell, not good. People smoking in front of the entrance, not a good look. Staff was friendly.

Our experience was less than favorable. Room was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Pool, bar and restaurant are all closed. There are people living there and have bikes chained up in the hallways. They were cooking in the parking lot on a gas grill less than a foot from the building. It was a girls trip with my 11 and 12 year old daughters and anytime we left our room we were followed by the male staff down the hallways.
