Again i wish expedia would include an option for pet fees when booking. This is probably more expedia then red roof. The room was small and set up weird furniture wise, so there was little room to walk arround. The bed was extremely high as well and 1 of my small dogs couodnt jump up on the bed.

I love the location for staying in Batavia. My biggest plus is the hotel being so dog friendly. My room was extremely tight and small, though, especially the bathroom.

This was a wonderful and reasonably priced stopover, after we attended a Bills game. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The hotel location is right off the Batavia exit for the NYS thruway, which is so convenient!

Clean & pleasant. Beware if pet allergies.

Check-in took about 30 seconds, the room was clean and spacious. It appears that the entire hotel has been upgraded and they’ve done a very nice job. The staff were all friendly and cheerful. The only complaints were that the elevator was out of service, and a chirping smoke detector in the hallway continued all night, even though earlier we twice asked to have it looked at. Overall, it was a very nice stay for the money. Just beware that if you have pet allergies, it might not be for you. Although they claim that special cleaning protocol is in place in rooms where pets have stayed, I woke up sneezing my head off, which never happens to me. I’m sure was due to lingering cat hair.
