Good room convenient location very central Needed a late checkout staff very helpful

Needs a bit of a refresh but is in a pretty central location. Fantastic view from the balcony. Security at the property was good given it’s across the road from a community housing development. I’d stay here again

The apt was clean, comfortable & well furnished. The pool was a nice addition for our stay because it was really hot. We also found the location convenient, easy walk to botanic garden, Museum of NT, and Parap Market.

I have stayed at the Adina frequently over the years for work and pleasure; location is convenient, central and surrounded by restaurants and walks. It is getting run down and feeling a little tired and dated. Room service menu is very basic, and in room service during your stay is average - bins not emptied for the whole 4 days I was there and no fresh towels provided.

I liked the relaxed and informal atmosphere. My first sight of the laundry looked like a junkyard of broken and rusting machines, but to their credit there was a transformation with the junk removed and replaced with new and gleaming machines.
