Old and tired accomodation.

The room itself was very tired and unlike the advertised photos. Location was great with a lovely water view. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were old. The corridors although non-smoking, smelt like cigarettes. Having no restaurant or cafe/ breakfast was inconvenient. There was no one after 8pm available or in the morning. Overall would not recommend this place unfortunately.

Batemans Bay has an absolutely beautiful area The property is right on the beachfront great access to all shops And dating areas, restaurants, cafes Beautiful walking track right out the front

I loved everything about the accommodation the only issue I had was I was given a check out time of 1030 and I was still in bed when house keeping tryed to get in at 9am did not appreciate that I will definitely stay again just don't send house keeping in till I leave

friendly and polite owner . very outdated need a overhaul for the money you were paying . very average considering the competition in that area . but saying all this i never need anything and staff were very polite a good place for a night stay .
