The road noise for rooms on the roadside is significant, even though I was told they were quiet. Would recommend requesting a room away from the road. Other than that, no complaints.

Great until you want breakfast
2 night stay was great, every thing you need until you meet the manager of the attached cafe. Rude and arrogant to say the least. If all the hotel literature states breakfast till 9am then the kitchen should be serving until 9am. Not shutting everything down and refusing table service at 8:45!

We will return!
We booked two Water-view Rooms and were not disappointed. Easy access via a lift to our level, as it was a weekend away for our mums Mother’s Day gift and she cannot use stairs. The rooms were excellent, clean and with an amazing water view. Easy access to Soldiers Club and shops. We had breakfast at the Ebb & Flow and the service and food was great. We will return!

Big rooms and convenient location
Very nice hotel for a 1 night stay. Parking on site and large rooms with balcony. Arrival service from front desk was average. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits in room. I would stay again if in Bateman's Bay as it was conveniently located on the waterfront.
