Comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Great location. The inward facing (presumably cheaper) rooms face onto a courtyard that really needs a lick of paint and a tree or two. Excellent clean gym/spa area. Food and drink a bit of a weak point - like an airport bar, adequate but not great. However, the room rate for a Fri night in Bath was very good value overall.

Nice hotel, well appointed and clean. Super friendly staff. Pool area was nice, though pool was cold. Room was good size, nice big TV and quiet. Big bed was two bed pushed together so you get an annoying gap in the middle .

The noise is terrible you can hear the banging of the door and noise on your next door. The pillows was so bad that i got a stiff neck. Wost part when i check in and i asked to book for swimming pool the receptionist told me to go to the opposite building to swim.The point i am booking this hotel is because of the pool so why did you market online if the pool is not available.The room that we had stated city view but no view at all except for a building wall and no ventillation that you cant breathe and smell dump.The only good thing is walkable to high street this is my second time but definetly not coming back anymore.

It was a brilliant break for our family of four. The swimming pool was a real hit with the kids and the extra spa facilities made it feel special for the adults too. Our family room was spacious and excellent quality. We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic customer service, comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms. The spa was fantastic although the steam room and sauna could have been hotter. Great breakfast, order fresh from a menu. Great location. Wouldn't consider staying elsewhere in Bath.

Nice hotel, ideally located near the centre and close to everything. Spacious room with fabulous bathroom and comfy bed. Decor was a bit tired. Breakfast was really nice and several options cooked to order. Disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool on the day we arrived as all the slots had already been booked.

The family room was very comfortable with full size single beds for our 13/16 year olds. Unfortunately the rooms weren’t well soundproofed so the noise levels were higher than I’d expect. The breakfast was expensive and not great quality. The restaurant was a bit tired looking.
