Nothing good to say. I had confirmed stay thru previous emails. Then yesterday got an email wanting to know our exact time of arrival and departure. We're riding a ferry and driving approximately 5hrs. Who knows exacts? Then arrived to find the bed in our room was 1 dbl bed and I had booked a king. Owner said he was filled up and gave us the 1bed room Expedia booked for us. Room was very crowded and I had to sleep on the floor because bed too small for 2 people traveling long distance and expecting a good nite's sleep. Very uncomfotable night of pressure points causing lots of tossing and turning and leg cramping. Miserable nite's stay. Beware to others when booking this property.

Lovely guest house, great place to stay near to the centre of Bath. Perfect for a short break and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect spot if you have a car. Onsite parking is free and the breakfast is lovely. The room is very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Would totally stay again in the future.

Very good hotel. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. 15 minute walk in to town, so very convenient. All round a very nice place to stay. The only thing I would say is that the room was a little smaller than expected.

Excellent B&B. Everything was ideal. The room (#9) was a good size (even though it's the smallest one) with a deceptively spacious bathroom - which had a great shower. Comfy bed, light and bright (big Velux window), and very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff / owners, free parking, and the place was an easy 10 - 15 min walk right into the centre throng. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bath.

spotlessly clean, top floor was a hike if you are elderly, but spectacular views over Bath. Comfortable bed, nice towels and linens good breakfast all in all very pleasant
