Lovely hotel, great location

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. All staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable with no issues at all. Lovely shower. Breakfast was much better than I expected as it was free with booking. Pancake machines were amazing! Would definitely stay again if I came to Bath again. So well located with easy walk right to centre of city.

Lovely two night stay

Two night stay! Very friendly young man at check in who stores our luggage as the room wasn’t ready - we were early, not their fault. The room was clean and spacious with a laminated floor. The information on the tv screens was useful. Bathroom was excellent, my husband stated every time he had a shower it was the best one he had ever used. It was certainly the easiest one I’ve used. I like it hot and it was. Breakfast was good and included the cost-lots of choice we get up early so it was quite quiet when we ate. A serving spoon for every dish to avoid cross contamination which was a joy to see. Gluten free sausages and bread/toast were available on request which part and parcel of dealing with coeliac disease- you question everything about food prepared by others. An observation but not a complaint - decaf coffee would be nice in the rooms rather than asking at the reception/bar for sachets. Thank you - we will be looking to stay again

Good location

Comfortable room, great location. However, Breakfast was chaotic. Far too many people milling around in area, barely any room to move. The ‘dining’ area is located in the reception area/main entrance, so it wasn’t relaxed atmosphere.There wasn’t enough space to comfortably sit and enjoy our meal.
