Beautiful hotel full of character and charm

We really loved our stay here! The hotel’s interior design was so unique and intentional and felt like a great blend of Georgian period and modern design. The service was also lovely, the concierge workers were friendly and very helpful. The room felt very clean and calming. I’d happily stay here again!

Superb location in the centre of bath with everything within easy walking distance. Hotel was undergoing renovations while we stayed so we used the side door as did others. Unfortunately this door does not have a soft close so we had to listen to the door banging closed late at night and early morning. Otherwise a very nice stay in a well presented room.

Great hotel with a comfortable bed! We used concierge parking which was nice and convenient even at 40 pounds. The room had a mini-fridge and we got a bucket of ice for cold drinks. The room was tastefully decorated, the robe and slippers were a nice touch too. We had room 419 and the porter helped carry our bags up the half flight of stairs but the hotel does have an elevator that can be used for other rooms.

This hotel is stunning. 5 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from everything else. Staff are wonderful, brekkie was yummy. Cant rate highly enough. Highly recommended

Like:- Uniqueness, friendly and helpfull staff, ample and well presented breakfast (although we had a room price of £30 for two guests by booking througe Expedia. Full price , booking through Indigo site would have been expensive.) Dislike:- The fan in the ensuite did not work, and although reported was not fixed during our stay. The only alternative ventilation was the bathroom windo, but this was very difficult to open. The room was located at the back and end of the propety and had very little light into the bedroom. The room light was required during the day.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Bath and had a wonderful experience. The hotel blends historic charm with modern luxury, and the room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect — close to all the main sights, yet quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. A great choice for a relaxing and stylish stay in Bath.
