A welcoming hotel.

Friendly hotel, with a 'made to feel part of the family' feel. We have stayed several times always with a lovely welcome and excellent service. A popular hotel with guests and day visitors alike. Good food and buzzing vibe.

Cracking hotel.

A very comfortably stay. Room was large with a excellent size of bathroom. Room service was excellent as well. A lovely bar area with a great atmosphere . Every good hotel should have a Dave on the bar he was so attentive and made the best calypso coffee you've ever tasted. First class guy.

Location

Excellent location directly opposite the main train station. All major attractions are walkable. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Tea & coffee making and biscuits were great. A modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Howe er the bed was a double bed with an uncomfortable old fashioned mattress. The restaurant was limited in its ability to handle all residents staying at the hotel. For example registering at 3 pm resulted in breakfast the following day being already booked out. Going down for dinner they had to ask to ‘squeeze’ us in.

A beautiful and calming room to rest in after exploring Bath. And it’s about 10 minutes walk to the city center and also right across the road from the train station so couldn’t be more convenient. Friendly staff as well.

Amazing Location. Great Room and Service.

Amazing Location. Right across from train station. No taxi needed. Great front desk, very helpful. Tim was especially kind and sweet. Nice clean room, with nice shower, hair dryer and amenities. Tea and snacks appreciated.

I really enjoyed the staff and the complementary snacks and water bottle daily. I felt safe with the easy access to the Bath Spa station. Rob the bartender was amazing and so was the reception recommending restaurants and high points to see in Bath.
