Booked through Expedia. On arrival was told I had ONE room for the 3-night stay but TWO rooms booked for the 2-night stay. I replied I cancelled both stays within 15 minutes and then re-booked for both stays. Staff was pleasant, but had no solution, saying because I booked through Expedia, I may still be charged. The staff phoned our room and said they would NOT be charging us for the second room for the 2-night stay. BUT Expedia may charge a fee! I have the emails from Expedia showing my cancellations the same date of the bookings. Did the same thing for my daughter, but they worked it out apparently. Made the stay a bit stressful. There is a charge for the 2-day and 3-day stays PLUS a "pending" charge for the 2-day and 3-day stays on my credit card as of the writing of this review.
