Customer service was poor, we were not told where anything was, what time breakfast was in the morning etc , check in was NOT as expected when booked from photos , dining options were not listed anywhere in the room ,considering there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel.
Pool was way smaller than expected compared to photos & no hot tub and anyone not swimming , good luck in there because it is HOT . The bathtub was moldy , the couch was peeling apart , there was no spare bedding/blankets for the sofabed . The room was way smaller than expected for a SUITE that sleeps “5” with “extra room” was not separated at all . When asked at front desk to change to a different option /maybe two conjoining rooms ? (I’d be happy to pay! ) they said no . The tvs were not updated, so no Netflix option . The noise above us was stomping all night , you could hear them yelling in the bathroom clear as day. Breakfast, was disgusting . We are opting to go elsewhere . Dirty. The plates , in the “clean” pile , were still dirty, the floors had food all over them, the cup for waffles looked like it was hours old and had caked on batter that everyone’s hands would have been on . It was disgusting .
