The room was clean but there was a stale smell when you first opened the door, but went away when I put on the Air Conditioning. Ensuite/ bathroom looks very recently renovated with new toilet vanity shower with big rainwater head, Shower glass and door and tiling. Was a big improvement from when I last stayed there.Otherwise can’t complain except a lot of places closed in Batlow at this time of the year.

Fridge was very noisy when starting/stopping, wheels supporting the bed were broken, under the bed was very dirty, shower doors did not meet so shower water leaks out, shower support rose needs more than the cardboard makeshift repair, one of the bedlamps did not work.

this place i a hidden gem, right in the middle of Batlow, RSL next door coffee shop 2 minutes away and pub 3 minutes away. If you want to cook fo yourself , very nice covered BBQ area. Staff are great and cant do enough for you. If you are in Batlow stay here.

I missed the personal touch of a receptionist. The bed was great and we had a relaxing sleep. The bathroom needs a complete renovation with a decent hot water system.

Very quiet property in a very quiet town. Room is in good condition, however, the TV's within are a bit inconsistent. For example, one room had an Android tv with streaming/casting capabilities, however, another did not.
