I went to check in and the staff was incredibly rude. To the point they cancelled my room right in front of me. I never got to stay there, nor would they give me a refund or write down on a piece of paper that they cancelled it so I could contact Expedia to get a refund. I tried calling Expedia several times with hours on wait. I still have not spoken to a representative about this situation. I had my two daughters with me, it was a football weekend and all rooms were sold out in the Baton Rouge area. It took me hours to find a room which ended up costing me an extra $500. I am still waiting on someone from Expedia to contact me about this situation. Thanks!

Pictures not what the hotel looks like. Charged my card twice. Room they first gave wasn’t clean and had tape on ceiling like balloons were on it. 2 room was better but overall no.

Quiet, clean and staff was very friendly. Front desk girls were amazing! My husband worked overnights and they were both very accommodating to our needs. I don't remember their names but it was the overnight girl and and the early morning girl. Thank u ladies!!! We will be BK!!

Fan in bathroom very loud. Light bulbs in entry way and bathroom about 25 watt. Door hard to close. No TV remote. Had to ask twice to get one. Carpet in hallways very worn and dirty. Interior needs painting. The only good thing was...there was no carpet in the room.
