Got locked out of my room due to a lock malfunction. Remained in the hallway for about 45 minutes. Maintenance personnel had to travel to their office 3 times before returning with the correct equipment to repair the lock.

Hotel needs major remodeling!! Our room was disgusting. Bathroom door was rusted, the knobs in the sink and bathtub were dangling. Felt like they were about to fall off. The room smelled and it was dark. Don’t get me started on the full beds advertised as queens. Breakfast not what they used to be. No much selection. Everything is served and nothing is self serve. I’ve been to other locations that were amazing. Run from this location
