Loved the location. Near on/off ramp. SAM's very close as well as restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and enjoyed morning breakfast. Bed and linen were clean by feeling it as well as smelling good. Overall an outstanding stay. Will use again on my travels.

They don’t offer pay at the hotel. Got a call while driving there that they tried charging the card I reserved with (it declined b/c for security reasons) and they said they might not have my room when I get there.

Our family was on a road trip and we needed a place to stay for the night . This hotel was clean and quiet. We were surprised with the variety of breakfast items they had available . Night staff was not friendly, he needs to have better customer service attitude.

I reserved room for three adults. Chose king room, which said it could accommodate three adults. Asked front desk about linens for pullout when we checked in; clerk said he would bring linens up. No pullout in room. When we went back down clerk said there were no pullouts in hotel. FALSE ADVERTISINg. We had to get an adjoining room for our teenager. Clerk knew room was not as advertised when he sent us up. Never had this happen before. I have always been able to count on Orbitz and Hampton. Very disappointing.

Staff was courteous,room clean and good breakfast..our remote wasn’t working on the television and our neighbor had a dog that didn’t like being left alone! Dog friendly maybe but sleep was in between!! Overall a good stay !!
