Staff were great, the property needs a lot of attention that supports the efforts of the people that work there. The rooms, facilities, etc... are dated and just worn out, although the staff do their best with what they have to work with. You pay a Hampton price for a budget motel experience.

It was a disaster! The people above us was stomping on the floor and making a lot of noise. I called the front desk twice and then they started playing on the phone. The electricity in the room was messed up causing the lamps not to work. The room was not up to par curtain was fallen, wall sockets was hanging, bathroom was filthy, it was just to much and I will never stay there again!!!!

Cleanliness standards need to be addressed. You could see the dust lines on the fixtures plus the lamp shades had a lot of dust hanging on them. The commode would not flush. The front desk clerk didn’t speak until I spoke to her. She was friendly after that.

I was very impressed with everything, it was perfect for what I wanted and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were great, the room was well fitted and clean. I really liked the gym and breakfast - the oatmeal and supply of apples throughout the day were stand-out features for me.
