We had a 3:00 check in, issue in the hotel did not allow us to check in until 5:30!!! Room was dirty, found a pair of dirty socks on the floor, hallway smelled like urine! Noise in room when air came on and went off, knocking noises! It would be nice to receive a refund. I would never want to stay here again!!!

False advertisement

My granddaughters and I stayed in Room 434. The room wasn’t as advertised. No chairs and table on the balcony.Person at front desk explained that the picture online should be taken down because there were no table and chairs for the balcony. Suggested that I use the chair with wheels to the desk in the room.Room smaller than it appeared online as an Executive Suite. Ants in the room and the room also flooded due to something that happened in the room above.Management notified.I wanted to give my granddaughters a nice experience before going back to school but it was anything but nice.

Downtown Hilton weekend fun!

Beautiful bar connected to lobby with amazing bartenders! We stayed at hotel for a ball and it was nice being able to walk back to our room after. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. Hotel is located in a fun area!

Unfortunately check in wasn’t pleasant we arrived at the hotel around 4pm. Check in is at 3pm the room was not ready until 5pm the staff said they would call when the room was ready they never called I had to keep checking. The room smelled of mold or chemicals. The hot water in our room didn’t work.

We chose this location because it was close to the Convention Center for Nationals. Its location was convenient for walking around and had a few restaurants nearby. Valet was amazing and fast and helped with directions getting around. The front staff was nice when needed. The room was small but nice and cozy until the A/C went out in the middle of the night and wasnt back on for several hours which made it uncomfortable and difficult to get ready for our day. The bathroom was nice but no fan to help with circulation while showering. The beds were comfortable. We did enjoy the pool and the restaurant/bar which served up local brews and great cocktails. The bartenders were very friendly and accommodating!
