The staff is exceptional. Especially the bartender that worked this weekend. My only issues were our keys needed to be reset every day. Which was annoying. Also, the last night the fire alarm was set off for the hotel and the staff did not know how to sit it off. A hotel guest was a fireman and helped them out this was after 40 minutes of the alarms going off in the rooms.

Everyone was super professional. I have a question about the billing. I have a charge to my card from the hotel that is pending for $515.08, a charge from Expedia for $463.50 and a charge of $997.16 from Holiday Inn. That is $1975.74. What is going on?
