The rooms were not that clean. It is a non smoking hotel, yet I was placed on the second floor surrounded by people that were smoking marijuana. They basically placed all the black people in one area as if we all do the same thing. I have a service dog with vest and badge and they tried to refuse my animal claiming no pets allowed but there were 5 other dogs and 2 cats in other rooms. The pool was never cleaned and the front lobby smelled like urine.
