The facility is extremely dirty from the time you enter, there are bugs in the units and a whole lot of drug use going on all over the building. The pictures are of just the start of the building

Terrible stay far away

A terrible experience it smelled bad they had roaches. It was just a mess. I would never recommend anyone stay there full of drug addicts.

You can hear everything from everywhere. The key didn’t work half the time; I had to come downstairs to get it fixed. The rooms were dirty; there were stains on the sheets, as well the towels in the restrooms, and there was no room service or cleaning crew. The hotel was an overall mess; I don’t recommend it for the price.

The pictures do not reflect the a true vision of the hotel. It really nerfs to be torn down. Our television didn’t work at all. We complained several times to no avail. I asked for compensation or either extended check out time and neither was given to the point when it was time to check out they came to the room to talk about it. We were already prepared to leave because I didn’t want any extra charges. The facility is dilapidated.

We booked prior to arrival. Upon arrival it was raining and a lady had parked her car in the middle of the covered unloading area so no one else could unload under cover from the rain. She was unloading clothing in laundry baskets and garbage bags. We walked into the lobby in the rain carrying our items. Once inside we had to wait 30 minutes because there were multiple problems with people that had checked in before us, like key cards not working etc. Finally we got to the front of the line and were almost completely checked in and my wife witnessed a German Cockroach walk across the main desk inside the protective glass. Key work, protective glass. We felt completely uncomfortable and left the hotel in a down pour. I had to eat the two rooms I booked for the night. We drove actoss town to a better rated hotel. The staff was very nice, but the hotel was very unkept. There was a camera in the lobby so the owners would be able to see me pointing to the roach and the secretary smashing it on the main counter. My family and I booked because the photos looked so nice, but were very deceiving. I would not recomend to a friend.

Hotel is a bit of an overstatement. It's a roach motel that someone took some pretty pictures of a long time ago and now it's a run down dumpster fire they continue to trick people into staying a night at. The staff was incompetent and the room was absolutely disgusting and stained with the smell of cigarette smoke and cheap cleaning products. The walls where covered with what I could only assume was spit and snot rockets. I will never stay here again and will continue to warn people of this place and the horrors that lie within this illusion of a hotel!!!!

Immediately had to be moved out of our room due to a clogged sink with throw up in it. The next room had dead bugs and stains on the bedsheets. The other bedsheets were not cleaned and smelled like body odor. No smoking is plastered all over the property but still smells like smoke everywhere. The front desk woman who took care of us might be the only good thing about this property.
