Bad Experience Upon Arrival

When I drove into the parking lot about 8:30 pm to check in, a man approached me on a bicycle asking for money. I was not comfortable with this incident and feel the hotel should take action to prevent this from happening again.

Room was missing vital furniture - desk and chair that were once there as well as dresser below the tv. It appears that furniture might have been removed/sold to provide income, rather than making guests comfortable in the hotel. Will not stay at another Hyatt Place.
