I thought that the front desk daytime clerk during the dates 08-09 was a little bland with me and even at times passively standoffish each time I approached her. I asked for some new towels and she seemed like it was an inconvenience. She proceeded to say that she would have someone send some. I left for about four hours and when I got back shift had changed and I had no towels. Other than that, I liked my stay.

Staff were great, had to change rooms because of , worse room location, 2nd room the bathroom toilet seat was broken and air conditioner vent cover was missing, couldn't adjust flow of air that was straight on bed. Front desk attendant saw that everything was taking care of both issues or they would move us to another room but it worked out. Also layout of rooms were also horrible, wasted space with large bar area and closet, bathroom faucet and sink was outside of bathroom stting in middle with no door.

STAYED 7/1/25-7/2/25. Checked in after 7:30-8:30 pm. First ...the girl at the front desk who checked us in was not the same girl who helped us a little bit later as there must have been a shift change. The girl who checked us in was nice and fine when we checked in but when we got up to the 3rd floor room our headboard had a 16 inch gross dried "something on it" Which my husband said it was man's 'body fluid' if you know what I mean. We went down to the front desk and some other girl was huddled in the corner in the dark on her cell phone in the waiting area. When we told her what we saw in the headboard and that we would like a different room she gave us the keys but she acted very annoyed with us. As if we had interrupted her time on her cell phone or perhaps she was annoyed with our comment about the male body fluid. No empathy. Just a mediocre 'sorry'. The 2nd room was on the 4th floor and upon entering we turned the TV remote on and started to unpack. TV did not work nor did it work after we took the batteries out of the remote and replaced them as well as press the power button on the TV manually.. So here we headed back down to the lobby and asked the same girl who was annoyed with us already to have a different room which had working TV. I even apologized to her for bringing this matter to her attention I even apologized to her for bringing this matter to her attention... She apologized but still seemed annoyed. 3rd room on the 5th floor was ok.

The rooms need an update! The couch was discounted and very uncomfortable. Why do ALL hotels have noisy comforters??? This is ridiculous every time my husband would move I would wake up.

Not great but fine

The room was oddly arranged, the tv was centered with a partition. There was a terrible leak from the AC so I stepped in a puddle every morning. The employees were fine but they never stopped by our room to clean it.The hotel was clean enough besides the pile of dust behind the bed and built up gunk in the shower. The TV was the slowest TV I’ve ever used and would randomly log us out of Netflix. There was no bathtub in our room even though the description of our room said there would be a bathtub shower combo.
