The valet parking was very difficult upon arrival there. Check in presented no problem. The room with the view was not what was expected. Very difficult to get diet in options there and very crowded. Very limited in room or done room options

First time staying at the property and was very pleased. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The property and room were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. Instant hot water and great water pressure. The room ammentiites were adequate. Plenty of food options on the property. I highly recommend 18 Steak and the Lotus restaurants. The food was prepared very well and the service was excellent. Visited the ESPN Sports bar for breakfast and lunch. I preferred the breakfast over the lunch. The omelette and breakfast platters were spot on and very good. I was not as impressed with the lunch options. In the casino all the dealers are very personable and great to interact with. It is a smaller casino but had a great selection of various games to play. I highly recommend giving this property a chance when in the area. All in all a 4.8 out of 5 stars.

The hotel is lovely, however food options are very limited after 9 pm, which is disappointing. My room nice, but there was a distinct cigarette smell in the entry way and the bathroom

Confusing layout. Card readers for elevator were terrible, didn't allow a cot even though website said we could rent one, no mini fridge, no microwave, stupid bathroom door. Casino side front "security" were absolute douche bags when getting carded if you did.

Very clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The beds were comfortable and the property is very well maintained. Like most of the other reviews, the only downside was there was no mini fridge or microwave, so we couldn't store our drinks or leftovers which was a bummer, as we always had a lot of food we could have eaten later that ended up wasted.

Terrible Hotel Management

Disappointing registration. They weren’t able to check us in, stating different issues. Then, when we asked for a hour later check out, they said they would charge us $30! They never even tried to make up for their issues during check in.
