Night of the cold and wet bedsheets

The room was cold and very damp. The sheets were damp and never dried out. Even with new linens, hey became damp by nightfall. Our feet and socks became wet when walking on the carpeted surface. There was visible water seepage from the carpeted area to the entry way tile/linoleum. We even turned the heater on to try and dry out the room. As for food, there was nothing available in the towers where the rooms are. You have to go to the Casino side tp get food. Except on Friday and Saturday, food venues closed and there was nothing available for late night eating.

Overall, the hotel is okay. I didn’t like that there was no refrigerator in the room. I also didn’t like that the pool was closed with no notice on the booking site. I would have booked somewhere else if I had known this. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean.

This was our second time staying at the hotel and unfortunately unless some improvements are made, it’ll be our last. The room we had was worn, tired and dated, which doesn’t reflect the higher pricing of the property. The room was barely cleaned on our second day of staying, and the amenities in the room were poor considering the price. The hotel also had an unclean smell. That being said, the grounds of the hotel were nice, there’s a little track that you can walk down, plenty of free parking and free valet service during that our stay. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. We were visiting from the UK and did enjoy the area, but this hotel and the rooms need some attention ASAP.

Room was small and very humid Rooms only have soaking tub/bathtub in suites. No mini fridge. No microwave. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the pool area.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. Check in staff was nice but not "welcoming friendly". I had to leave a note when I checked out as no one was at the desk. Admittedly this was early. The facility was too cold, and that says a lot as I love it being cold.
