Stayed here many times, this time in particular I needed a room change from two queens to a king. Upon request for a simple bed change the lovely ladies at the desk upgraded us to a suite. What a nice time.

Nice stay - need some customer service training.

The hotel is nice, beds were comfortable and there's free valet service. The rooftop pool with a bar was a nice touch. Room service food was good, but was delivered in cardboard boxes. I did have a couple of minor issues and there was no way to contact the front desk even with the phone in the room. I had to Google a phone number for the hotel and then ask them to transfer me to the front desk. At one point, I went downstairs to talk to them in person and the employees were badmouthing other guests and complaining about their system and the way that reservations come in from hotels.com. Two different days, there was an alarm going off somewhere on my floor. I mentioned it when I went downstairs and I felt like I was reprimanded for not telling them sooner. For a nice hotel, I felt that they should have a little better customer service training.
