We got in super late, our flight did not leave CO until 10 50. Flew into NO, could notnget a car because it was to late. Called a buddy of mine. He picked us up from NO. Drove us to quality inn in Baton Rouge. Finally got to Quality tired ready for sleep. Walk in see a guy standing at the desk, he said do you have a reservation. I said yes. He said ok u were booked as a no show so u will have to comeback tomorrow. I said ok then, I will sleep in the lobby. Flight was late could not get a car had my buddy drop me off so up to you. So he decided to give me a room. I got into the roo. I was sead tired. There was stains on the sheets. The bathroom door hit the toilet when it was opened. Following day

Amenities they advertise don't work

TV, hairdryer and phone did not work on arrival day. Stayed 3 nights asked twice to fix broken items and they were never fixed. They sent one person to fix hair dryer which should have been fixed considering the plastic was melted on it and person did not speak English. Never offered to move me to another room and never fixed tv, hairdryer or phone. So every time had to contact front desk had to go down to lobby to front desk. Customer service sucks.

We won't be back. Lobby was clean and shiny. Room was disgusting. Torn drapes, burnholes in the duvet, showerhead hanging from the wall. Filthy bathroom with urine stains all over the back of the toilet. One hanger in the closet. The arms on the desk chair were torn off. Very very noisy. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30. The first time we went there, at 8:30, there were slim pickings. The second time we went at 9, there was even less. I asked the cook to make more scrambled eggs and she refused. I had one toast. Today we had to checkout early for our flight and managed to get there at 7. There was eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, waffles, etc. Apparently it's first come, first served and nothing will be refilled. So if you're not an early riser, no breakfast for you. The sign should say breakfast at 6:30 and if maybe you sleep later you're SOL. The pool was lovely to sit at but the highway noise is so loud it's just not relaxing. There are plenty of hotel alternatives on the same street. Stay at any of them. Not here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations above and beyond. Besides them declining my wants of having an extra pillow only providing 2 for a king bed. It was great. The cost to stay doesn’t do justice definitely worth it! And they serve breakfast the staff is nice and respectful. Very good will stay again in the future!!

Terrible experience

My experience was really bad I paid for my room through hotels.com and I also paid extra for my room to be protected when I got there they said in my room wasn't ready and I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. I got that 8:00 a.m. and I was coming all the way from Florida it was really really sad I want to eat breakfast and they told her I cannot take my breakfast outside of the breakfast area all around it wasn't a really good experience the front desk clerk wasn't friendly I told him about the roaches that were crawling around and he told me that there was nothing that he could do. it was just an all the way around terrible experience I wouldn't recommend anyone go here especially if you're going to book a room unless they have one available.

I was not pleased with this hotel…they told me i booked a smoking room when i never do and then immediately jumped to upgrading my room. Do not stay here unless you like the smell of cigarettes
