The bathroom was not super clean. There was hair left in the bathtub, shower head cord and toilet area. The shower was awful. The showerhead was so old that it wasn't working well. The tub was not draining well at all, so I had to shower in the puddle.

Never heard of this hotel before but it was well worth it. Staff AWESOME. Rooms clean. There’s a restaurant,coffee bar and daiquiri bar next door . Really nice getaway

Not great and they double charge

The bathroom was dirty and they need to replace the stained bathtub. When you check in they give you this page that has been photocopied a zillion time talking about COVID and how they have reduced all their services. It’s 2025, don’t blame covid, you just don’t offer daily housekeeping or happy hour anymore. The hotel double charged me for taxes and fees even when I had prepaid for the room through Hotels.com. Now I have to deal with disputing that although they make you sign something that says their rates don’t include taxes and fees. So it seems this is a regular occurrence. Why do guests get charged twice??? I have stayed there twice. Didn’t love it either time. But the breakfast is very good and the breakfast ladies are great.

It was honestly a fine stay until Sunday morning when they were playing church on TV at the breakfast buffet. I think this was awfully presumptuous that everyone believed the same and worshiped the same. Regardless, there’s a time and place. And while the time may have lined up for Christians, it was not the place.

The check in staff was very nice. The hotel looked clean enough. The room was spacious however a few things were off. The TV in the main area did not work. The remote had buttons missing but I could still make it function however we couldn't get the tv to 'connect' to whatever it was trying to connect to - couldn't even get to a basic guide. The inside deadbolt lock did not work which is a safety issue. The latch mechanism wouldn't turn so the bolt could not engage. If you're a light sleeper, the AC vent is huge and at the foot of one of the beds. It kept the room comfortably cool but it sounds like a dragon huffing when the fan turns off. In defense of the hotel, I chose not to report any of this because I was only staying the night and it was late. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had to hit the road so we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast.
