Thomas at check-in was amazing he was very helpful very accommodating it was late I was tired he was wonderful got into the room the room stank it had a very horrible chemical smell to it when I got in the shower water stood to my ankles the entire time I was in the shower I fell asleep on top of the covers you can pull them back there was hair on the bed so I didn't even get to cover up the stay overall was horrible but Thomas Thomas was wonderful Thomas is the best thing that hotel has going for them

The rate is affordable; Chris & Andi were friendly & helpful (let me check out a room before deciding); he let me choose an available handicap room (I'm over 60); the room was clean (no smell); towels, sheets, & pillows were all clean; ac, phone, wi-fi, sink, tub, & toilet all worked; It was a clean, quiet, & comfortable stay - and no problems with the neighbors; I had waffles & coffee - also good.

Room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled like cigarettes. Beds were very small and stiff. Neighbors were very loud and playing music all night and also smelled marijuana coming from the same room.

This was really nice for the price. The rate was cheap but this was definitely the nicest and comfortable budget hotel I have been to. The customer service was outstanding. This hotel exceeded expectations and I highly recommend this motel
