Great staff. Only problem i seen was the room wasn't properly cleaned. Had old raw meat in the garbage disposal which I smelled when i checked in but didn't find it until the last night.

The room was nice but there was a lot of loitering outside. People were hanging out and smoking. The elevator was old. The bed, kitchen and bathroom were clean and very comfortable.

Once I saw the condition of the hotel environment, including the room and surrounding area, I chose to find another hotel. The place looked nothing like the advertisement. Good job on marketing, I was totally fooled. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I am appalled that this is one of their hotels!
