Some of the stairs were decaying. The floor look like they about to cave in. No guest laundry only a washer was there but it was broken ! It was clean and beautiful overall. Just was an unease feeling there because men kept watching and following me.

I like that the property was located close to restaurants and the mall. What I didn't like was that you can hear thru the doors, so if someone knocked on the door next to you, it sound like they were knocking on your door.

The front desk person was great. She seemed to be the only employee. If you're into loud, noisy, party atmospheres, then this is the place for you. Think South Padre or Panama City during spring break, only with a much older crowd that also brought all their children. The "locked" gates are propped open to let in people who aren't staying at the hote which makes you feel like you have to sleep lightly. The pool is open all night with unattended children as well, again, sleeping lightly remember. The room was gross and the bathroom paint was actively peeling off the wall. Look, if you don't really care about comfort, or safety, or peace of mind, then this is the place for you. Me, I'll probably opt for somewhere else.

Everything was great except the breakfast. Both mornings the hot breakfast trays were empty/almost empty and the only option was waffles. And there was a long line for that on Sunday. They need to be kept full until breakfast is over.

Comfort Inn you really need to do better.

Well first the hotel looked nothing like the pictures which is false advertisement. The conditions of room was not good, it smelled like mold or a basement. The carpet was dirty, the cabinets were scratched up and needs to be repainted. I don’t feel the price I paid matched the quality of the room, this location needs to be renovated and updated.

I didn’t like the room it was old looking and outside area was very dirty with spiderwebs everywhere. Also it was very noisy, you could hear every car passing by. I don’t recommend.

Everything was broke in the room and when I told them about it they were nice and offered to move us, but every room they moved us to was worse .And we got tired of going back down there so we kept the broken room and they fixed the shower but there was a roach , stains everywhere. The bathroom door was broken and the bed was hard as a brick, my back still hurts. Outside the room spelled like weed and mildew. All the air conditioners were leaking making the walkway constantly wet.

The property was beautiful about a month ago when we stayed. Room was very clean, smelled great, breakfast was fresh! This time i was disappointed because the room had odor, there were dead Huge cockroaches (tree kind) in the room, they must not clean under sofas, or behind the end tables, no bulb by the bed, no condiments, breakfast was just, ok, the sliced thin ham was kinda hard, couldn't sit in the dining room because the air conditioner was still broken, and the fans were just not cool at all. Im not sure why the decline in such a short period of time, but hopefully it will get back up to "VERY HAPPY STAY vs NOT THE BEST STAY THIS TIME"!!
