Terrible stay

There were two things that were disappointing. First, when I made my reservation, there was no indication that I would have to pay a $75 surcharge for my pet, and that should always be made known upfront. Secondly, the bathroom was disgusting, and the bathtub was extremely filthy. But because my stay was for only one night, and I was literally at the hotel for less than ten hours (I slept most of the time), I made no complaints to the front desk. But I will probably not make future reservations with the Comfort Inn.

The property was ran but a couple of alder kids, The service was shoddy at best and nothing worked in the facility. They weren't very accommodating but it worked for the night.

No luggage racks in lobby. No room cleaning, even though we asked twice. No place to hang towels. Almost no food at breakfast. Poor painting and finish carpentry. We felt safe. Pillows were very fluffy. Room was mostly very quiet. Good wi-fi.

The WiFi was not working during my stay for me to work from my laptop. My stay was 3 nights and housekeeping did not stop by my room and also did not ask if I needed any service. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working as well as the balcony door did not open.

$75 pet fee

Kind of run down, not worth the price, and no mention of $75 pet fee. $100 incidental charge hits your credit card and you get reimbursed a week later if they determine you get it back. Take pictures before and after your stay. Terrible customer service.

Ok for price

Hotel was ok for the price. It was a little on the rough side and seemed to be in not a great part of town. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall not the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
