It's 80F outside. There's AC, but there's no AC. I woke up and it was 29C in my room. "We don't know why it's not working" they say. Well, at this price point and as a 4-star hotel, that's unacceptable. Stay somewhere that has working AC, not here.

Good clean hotel with great staff

This hotel was great! It is the opposite of the Best Westerns you find in the US. The hotel was modern, clean, and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was beyond incredible and Ivy was an amazing hostess. I plan to stay here on every future visit!

This hotel is very nice. The breakfast is EXCELLENT with a dedicated egg station where you could choose omelettes or whatever kind of eggs you wanted them to prepare on the spot. The hotel offers currency exchange, but I was unable to convert my Mongolian back to USD, so I would recommend doing just a little at a time. Most places, except a few museums, take CCs anyways. (I did manage to change my currency back at the airport.) I loved that this hotel offered early check in as we arrived around 5 AM. However, it costs $60. Some employees struggled with English, but all had smiling faces and wanted to help you. The hotel is within walking distance of the major attractions.
