Did not get the room we wanted which was just due to a miscommunication... no big deal. We figured out what we had to do for a refund.... Well this is where they are shady... We started this process to find out the hotel told them we actually stayed the night. So we then screenshotted the google GPS on your phone that tracks where you drive... definitely showed them that we left 15 minutes after getting there and arriving at home and not leaving again. We ended up getting credited our money back... but the hotel will definitely try to keep your money no matter what.

The property and room was dirty, there was melted wax all around the floor of the hot tub in the room. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed was made poorly. The hot tub was full of dirty water and the bathroom floor was sticky. I reported it to the front desk and they wouldn’t do anything to compensate me and all rooms were booked so there were no other options.

Ok overall, but service could be better

Great location! Very good breakfast and coffee/tea is available 24/7. Outdated hotel, but clean. Service is questionable. Their check in time is 4pm, though on booking it shows as 3pm. At 3pm they refused to check me in unless I pay the early check-in fee. They have laundry room, but do not sell laundry detergent, neither they provide quarters for the machine. Very old and dirty towels.

Phone dead. Front desk was aware. Bed was 2 tall.

Could get into to bed and there were no step stools available. Was show an other room, bed still 4 feet off the ground. Phone outlet was dead. Management knew that. Odd smell in bathroom on arrival, wall light flicked on and off. Bathroom door damaged..had to use dangerous chair to get into bed and dare not to need to get up during the night. Pop vending machine was broken and it seemed to be broken awhile. Very few items in the candy vending machine. The ice was good.

I called before I booked and asked about the pool because my kids and I wanted to swim. I was told pool was open and available, after paying and arriving I was told the pools temperature was so cold it shouldn’t be swam in. Wasted money could have went somewhere else if they were just honest before I got there.
