No pool or hot tub
I book this room because it stated that there was a hot tub and pool. When we checked in there was a sign saying that it was "temporarily close". We walked pass the pool it was being used as a storeage room. Looked like it had been close for awhile!

The hotel itself was very nice and beautiful area. When checking in we were informed the pool and hot tub were closed had no idea when they would open. That was very disappointing. The house keeping was awful. The first day there was non whatsoever, after asking for it the second day our towels were tossed into the bathroom and the bed looked like a kindergartner made it; nothing els was touched.

I did not realize the pool or hot tub was not working when I booked. When I call the resort they could have gave a discount because of that but because I booked on Expedia, they couldn't do anything. I don't think I will be using Expedia again. The bed was not that great either, lumpy.

Place needs some TLC. Landscape around facility needed help, pool and jacuzzi was closed and looked to be that way for a VERY long time but we were told Mother Nature caused it. 🤔 rooms were nice and big and pretty clean. Place was quiet mostly because there weren’t a lot of guests staying there. Nice big parking lot, if you are pulling a trailer. Boat launch was nice! Casino needed more staff. Check in ladies were not always very friendly. Good place to stay for the price

Convenient location. Nice view of harbor; would have been nice to have chairs on patio to sit outside. Pool & hot tub closed. Found a “pill” on the floor in our room. Coffee maker in room did not work, but coffee available in lobby. Witnessed waitress at breakfast tell another couple she would not serve them if they sat outside on outdoor dining area ( “I’m not carrying food thru a door”.)

They do not advertise pool closure! Mediocre hotel, less than desirable with no pool. The pool had been closed for over a month. Room smelled like smoke - we were coughing in the morning. Limited to no food options close by. Dont stay here - drive to Ashland you wont regret it!

The property is fine, the room was clean enough, the bathroom was great. There's a restaurant inside the hotel, that was very convenient. I booked the hotel because it had a pool for the kids. However, when I arrived the pool and the hot tub were out of order until further notice, very disappointing for all of us.
