Requested twin beds. The guy working at check in was not very friendly. The room worked out fine but his customer service was disappointing. Comfortable hotel this is our second time staying here and will stay again.

B&B HOTEL BAYONNE
It served a purpose - was clean and I have to say the staff were very good. It wasn’t good value and I’d only stay again if nowhere else. It wasn’t bad it was just extremely basic for the price.

Lovely room but quilt was very hot! Need a plug socket by the mirror. Disappointed as bar was closed so we couldn’t get a drink before going for dinner or apres dinner.

The room was clean although, despite it being a non-smoking hotel it stank of smoke. We reported it to the girl at reception, in case we got the blame, who shrugged and said "it happens" she did say she would write it down though. Plentiful hot water in the shower.
