Room wasn’t cleaned very good. Found an ear plug under pillow and one on floor by curtains. Dust around corners of room. Aircon not working room very hot. No cold water only hot running in bath hand basin dripped water out. Loud bangs before 7am to work men repairing things in pool area. Was not impressed. This unfortunately is the worst review I’ve ever had to do. I hope things can get better for this hotel. Dinner in Thai restaurant was very tasty and cocktails from bar was very good also.

The room was very nice and looked great with the mirrors and interior. It was a great birthday location and relaxing. Disappointed with the mirror damage I saw upon arrival and will prefer a room with no damage to justify the money I spent. The staff were friendly especially the waiters in the restaurant. Food was nice and service was great. Breakfast should have been included with my stay but still overall a good experience. Will definitely stay there again and try more of the facilities.

Property has great potential and is very unique. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the lack of cleanliness of the room the lack of privacy and the room was very worn and in need of repair not Walmart you would expect for the decadent room and for the price. This was all reported during our stay and no alternatives offered, bit of a shame for our anniversary to be honest. No working coffee making facilities and no tea bags in the room either

12th anniversary overnight stay

We loved our time at crazy bear beaconsfield , we found it was a little sneaky how the waiter offered us bread while we waited for our steak and then we get the bill and found out this cost £6 but we was inder the impression it was a good will gesture as the main would take so long , also we found the service charging was quite high especially for 2 drinks . As for the room though it was an amazing experience which we would love to do again it made our 12th wedding anniversary feel that extra special . The staff were very well mannered and made us feel comforable so thank you for a lovely stay at tour hotel

It was very nice very erratically pleasing and staff were nice however on my stay I requested roses to be added onto the bed as we arrived for a surprise for my partner which they were happy to do for £20 on top of my stay however upon arrive they were not there ,they did take this off my room the charge however it was the surprise that I was gutted about , and tap didn’t work properly in bathroom however overall would go back there as very nice .

Stay was amazing. Will be even better when building work complete. Electrics in out room (27) could do with having a look at, lights flash and socket at the door is missing buttons, door handle is slightly loose. Staff very freindly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again

Disappointing. The bathroom situation is strange in the 'snug' room. The shower was really fast-flowing and as there is no door, it risks flooding the main bedroom and makes the entire bedroom smell damp. Expected more for the price.
