The staff were wonderful. They really need to change the temperature of their water. My 2 grand were like popsicles when they came out of their showers. They did offer another room but I’m not sure what that would have accomplished. The room was okay although a little shabby for such a higher end hotel. The room alarm woke us up earlier than we wanted and wasn’t set by us. We wanted a good dinner but there were no restaurants near the sire other than fast food. But I suppose that was my fault for not researching further.

Staff courteous, friendly. Breakfast okay, good selection. The issue I have is turning on the TV. Remote does not turn it on. Apparently have to find a small button underneath the logo at the bottom of the tv. ?? Couldn’t find it, someone had to come turn it on, and they had trouble finding the button. How are you supposed to know that’s how to turn it on? Idiotic.
